Getting And Staying In Great Shape Can Feel Impossible
Maybe you’ve tried and it didn’t work for you, or maybe you are too confused to know where to start. The whole process can seem out of reach, mysterious, and impractical for someone without amazing genetics, the benefits of youth, a surplus of time, or without the help of performance enhancing drugs.
BUT, Getting In Great Shape Is Actually Way Simpler Than You Think

“Kyle’s training style has afforded me the most valuable quality of any training routine - consistency! It has been the key to my success. I’ve lost 34 pounds through high frequency weight and unweighted calisthenics, and heart rate zone 2 training. I highly recommend Kyle for any professional with a tight schedule. Life happens, but there’s no reason to forgo training. Kyle has the solution."

"Training under Kyle’s guidance has been a life changing experience. I have switched my focus back to the basics and mastered the art of listening to my body. I’m really glad I chose him to be my coach three years ago, as I am now in the best shape of my life and still achieving many of my fitness goals- all while staying injury free. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone who is looking to elevate their fitness journey."

"K Boges’ training ideology has completely reframed the way I train for myself and my overall mindset related to fitness. I used to be in the camp of going all out every single training session — couple this with doing regular BJJ/Martial Arts sessions, and that eventually led to burnout and injuries.
Around this time is when Covid hit and gyms came to a close — this led to seeking out a lot of calisthenic related content as that was all that was available to me.
Â
K Boges’ videos helped me understand how simple fitness can be, and with consistent moderate sets of 3 basic exercises, you can reap a whole lot of benefits if done on the regular and treating it as your “wellness hygiene.”
Â
Four years later, I’m still training with the same mindset and as a coach myself now, trying to spread the good word to all of my clients."

"I started calisthenics at the age of 45 as a way to return to strength training after marriage, two kids, a demanding career, and many years away from my weightlifting past. Calisthenics offered exactly what I needed: accessibility, minimalism, safety, and the extra benefits of mobility and flexibility along with strength. From the beginning I was never interested in learning skills, and I always felt best training my full body every day with basic movements. But I never had objective data behind this preference, nor did I have the knowledge to do it correctly, until I found Kyle Boggeman’s work.
Everything fell into place when I took the Core Concepts course, which lays out precisely the WHY and HOW of my preferred style of training. And the quality of the material is on par with a college seminar. I am now 59 and have gone on to earn a calisthenics personal trainer certification. I’ve trained men and women from 16 years of age to 56, and the Core Concepts course has been indispensable to me. I have gone through it four times now and always learn something new. I am a much better trainer, and trainee, because of it."

I Cracked The Code
As a trainer and content creator, I've had the chance to work with thousands of people over the years, and one thing has become super clear—most of us are a lot more alike than we might think. Sure, there are always unique situations, but the obstacles, goals, and common missteps around diet and exercise? They’re remarkably similar across the board.
A lot of clients come in believing that their challenges are totally unique, but that’s rarely the case. It hit me even harder in my 30s when I found myself juggling a career, a family, and not nearly as much free time as I used to. With life getting busier and my priorities shifting, I wanted to stay fit without risking injuries or stretching myself too thin. Suddenly, I was in the same boat as many of the clients I’d been working with, facing those same hurdles I’d heard about for years.
So, I had to ask myself what I really wanted from my fitness routine. I didn’t want to be a bodybuilder, or a powerlifter — I just wanted good health, excellent physical capability, and an athletic physique that would look great at the beach. Goals that, honestly, most people share. That realization reshaped how I thought about training. I saw that too many programs focus on quick results over long-term sustainability. They often miss the mark on what truly keeps people in the game for life.
