If you are new to calisthenics, don’t know where to start, and don’t quite feel ready to write your own program, Calisthenics Foundation might be perfect for you. This course will teach you the basics of what you need to know to develop an effective and sustainable training habit. It features three basic exercises: the push up, the row, and the squat, and will cover programming basics and injury workarounds. Each exercise is given a technical breakdown, along with demonstrations, basic cues, and common technical faults so you can ensure you are training safely and effectively. The lecture comes with a PDF training block to guide you through the training process and is programmed per the methods explained in core concepts and applications.
